Carissa Caulder is our Client Services Director. She has a background in Organizational
Development as a consultant for Caliper Human Strategies (Talogy). Her past lives
have included HR/Recruiting, Professional Coaching, and Client Relationship
Management. Most recently she was the Intake Director for 5 years at a personal injury
law firm and she’s delighted to join Robert A. Lees and Associates. In her free time,
Carissa enjoys baking pies from scratch, working as a ceramic artist, going to outdoor
concerts, and taking hikes with her attorney husband and 98 lb Borzoi.
