Dan Sarian (Th.M, MACI) is the Organizational Administrator for Robert A. Lees and Associates. Dan joined Robert A. Lees & Associates in January 2022.

Before coming to the law firm Dan was an educational leader, serving as the Principal of Front Range Christian School for 15 years.  He is passionate about professional development and providing continuing education opportunities in his new role at the firm.  Dan is a writer, a public speaker and trainer.  He earned two master’s degrees; A Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Colorado Christian University.

Dan served as the City Manager of Stockton, Kansas for several years where he learned valuable business and administrative skills and raised the quality of customer service to those whom his office served.  Dan also worked for Wells Fargo Bank where he was a Project Manager in their Home Equity Division.  It’s at Wells Fargo that he created systems and processes that made loan origination more efficient and streamlined for his customer service reps.  Dan is an ordained minister and has served as an associate pastor, mostly working with youth and college-age students.

Dan is married to Rebecca and they have 2 grown daughters, one of whom is getting married in July!  He loves to read, do home improvement projects, and travel.

Dan is excited to be the newest member of the team at Robert A. Lees and Associates where he will bring his experience as an educator, administrator, trainer, and manager to this great team of professionals. Dan joined Robert A. Lees & Associates in January 2022.
