I wanted to reach out to let you know what a delight it is to have the bi-monthly Q and A.  I have attended two of these thus far and was reflecting on my experience today after we hung up and I wanted to share my experience with you and the team.  I find that this Zoom format offers a way to feel more engaged and more accountable as a professional. I find that getting to know the people working at RAL is also nice. Having an open space to ask questions and hearing others ask questions makes us all feel less afraid to address hard things and more likely to reach out for more in depth help.
