For nearly five decades, Kathie Ferguson has served in leadership roles across private, nonprofit, state, and federal sectors. Her extensive career focused on her commitment to principle-based performance and achieving impactful results for both individuals and organizations.

Kathie has guided multiple nonprofit organizations and dedicated nearly 25 years as a senior federal leader, overseeing operations, human capital, and strategic planning for initiatives at state, regional, and national levels. Her significant cross-sector experience includes roles as a manager, trainer, and facilitator, with a strong emphasis on leadership and collaborative problem-solving for strategic operational outcomes. Kathie has also devoted over 20 years to working with Indian Country, enhancing government-to-government relationships and supporting sovereignty efforts.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kathie is an avid photographer and traveler, on the brink of completing her second tour of all 50 U.S. states.
