Emily Davis is interning as a Law Clerk with Robert A. Lees and Associates for the Spring 2022 Semester. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University (2009) and is a current JD candidate at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law (2024). While in school, she has had a student clerkship with the Colorado Court of Appeals and the honor of a training program through a distinguished fellowship.

Prior to law school, Emily was a paralegal in the creditors’ rights and real estate arenas and then moved on to help non-profit organizations run efficiently and stay compliant with regulations. She and her family love Colorado for the outdoor activities and active lifestyle it affords.

Emily’s passion is bridging the gap between business owners and the legal world, helping them navigate legal issues in practical ways so they can stay focused on their interests. She is excited to learn from Robert A. Lees and Associates and to contribute to the culture of representing clients with excellence.
