Donna Bivins is a Business Specialist Administrator for Robert A. Lees & Associates. She is accomplished for over 10 years and specialized in Business Development and Management. She enjoys using her organizational skills for the formation of new and existing business to help to contribute to this expanding field of law. She was a powerful force while employed with the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade, managing three various Colorado Business Development offices. She was instrumental working with the Small Business Administration, SBA in the development of the Colorado Business Resource Guide. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, she originated several businesses of her own. She established a 4 in 1 Computer Service business and a Preschool in Aurora. She also has a background in television production as a Programming Manager of CoLours TV, a Denver area network station.

Donna graduated from Metropolitan State University with a B.A. degree in Communications with a minor in Management. She also has leadership certification from AALI, the leadership institute of Denver.
